Shipping Policy

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

The estimated delivery time is 3–7 days. Our order cutoff time is 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

The total order amount will be charged a one-time shipping fee based on the highest applicable rate.

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide accurate shipping and delivery estimates, carrier delays may occur and are outside our control.

After an order is confirmed, it may not be possible to modify or cancel it. If you need to return an item, please begin the return process after receiving it.

Package Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier first. If the issue remains unresolved, email us and we will do our best to assist you.
