Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You can apply for a return within 14 days after receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, not worn or used, with the tags intact, and in their original packaging. Please note that returns should be sent to the following recipient:No. 93 Dongqing Road, Futian Street, Yiwu City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Returns without prior application will not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding returns, please feel free to contact us at fred@hongtaobag.com at any time. 

Damage and Issues
Please carefully inspect the order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and handle it properly. 
Special circumstances / non-returnable items
Returns are not accepted for promotional gifts or gift cards. 
The quickest way to obtain the items you need is to return the current ones. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase new items separately. 
EU 14-day cooling period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are sent to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days without giving any reasons. Similarly, your goods must remain in the same condition as when received, un-worn, un-used, with the tags attached, and in the original packaging. 
Refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned goods, and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, you will receive the refund automatically through the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for banks or credit card companies to process and complete the refund.
