Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us at fred@hongtaobag.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: [2nd Floor, Unit 4, Building 25, C District, Nanxia Zhu, Yiwu City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to return the package. Items returned without prior application for a return will not be accepted. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If there are any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and resolve it properly. 

Exceptional Cases/Non-returnable Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items (like food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized goods), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about specific items, please contact us.
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately. 

EU 14-day cooling-off period
Despite the above regulations, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason without giving a reason. Similarly, your goods must be in the condition you received them, unworn or unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refund
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned item and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund through the original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
